How do I find my transfer when I arrive at the airport?

Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way out of the airport and proceed down the ramp directly in front of you.Your driver can be easily located underneath the Individual Meeters sign in arrivals. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name clearly stated. How do I pay for my transfer?

Payment will be taken by your driver at the airport. Payment can only be taken in cash. All currencies are accepted. If you have booked a return transfer then full payment will be taken at this point.

How do I know what time I will be collected for my transfer back to the airport?

This is stated on your reservation confirmation. Should this change for any unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted by oyesholiday Transfer.

Do I have to confirm our pick up time from the hotel 48 hours before?

No. The pick up time you have given and is stated on your reservation is confirmed. Should you wish to change this at any time, this must be done 24 hours before.

Are there any extra hidden charges or is the price all inclusive.

No, there are no extra hidden charges through oyesholiday Transfer. All car parking, fuel costs and insurance are already covered in the payment.

Can I combine my transfer with another person arriving off a different flight?

Yes. This is possible if you are wanting to wait for a friend of family arriving on a later flight. Marmaris Summer Transfers will make the reservation of the later of the two flights (depending on delays).

Is it possible to drop off / pick up at more than one place?

Yes. Providing they are in the same area, no extra cost will be incurred. Should you wish to book a transfer to both Marmaris and Icmeler, the price for the transfer will be from the Airport to Icmeler (the latter of the two resorts being the furthest).

Can I book a resort to resort transfer or is just the airport?

Yes you can. We can provide you with a transfer to any other resort when requested eg. Marmaris to Olu Deniz. For further details please email MArmaris Summer Transfers direct for prices.

What happens if my flights delayed? Will my transfer still be valid?

Yes. Marmaris Summer Transfers monitor the flights on a regular basis. Should your flight be arriving later than expected then our drivers will be aware of this and will not charge extra.

Are the transfers direct to resort?

Yes. Unless required by you, our transfer do not make any stops.

Am I insured on the transfer?

Yes you are insured.All of our vehicles of fully licensed with full insurance.

Are all vehicles fully air conditioned?

Yes. All of our vehicles have air conditioning to make your journey comfortable and relaxing.

I am in a wheelchair. Do you have specially adapted vehicles to accommodate this?

Yes. Although we do not specifically have adaptable vehicles, we can provide vehicles that will accommodate wheelchairs at no extra cost. This request must be stated on your reservation form prior to arrival.

Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the vehicle?

We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles however the consumption of alcohol is permitted.

What happens if my flight details change? Can I change my reservation?

Of course. You can change your details up to 24 hours prior to you arrival or departure. There will be no extra charge for doing this.

Do I have to pay a deposit when booking?

No. All payments are taken once you meet with our driver either at the airport or from your hotel..

How can I cancel my transfer?

Please contact oyesholiday Transfers by either email of phone 24 hours prior to you journey. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
